Do you have your own garden? Then there’s a must-have you can’t do without: the upcycling greenhouses by Suzip x Werken aan hout! I saw them during the Happinez Festival and I fell in love instantly. Wow, how cool!

Now, you might wonder: what’s the story with these greenhouses? Well, once upon a time, there was a beautiful old school building (nearly a hundred years old!) with 635 windows. When the school was renovated for energy purposes, these windows suddenly became obsolete. What a shame, Suzanne and Ivo thought, and this upcycling project was born! Suzip’s Suzanne is the designer and her partner Ivo takes care of the technical details. Together, they built these greenhouses. By using sustainable wood and old windows, they created not only greenhouses, but also growing tables, propagators, gazebos and much more!
